Contact form data. When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company name, and the message you send. This is delivered to our team email via Resend so we can reply to you.

Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages get visited. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Server logs. Our hosting provider logs standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and debugging. These logs are retained for a short period and then deleted.

Strictly to respond to enquiries you send us, to operate and improve the site, and to comply with the law. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly subscribe.

We share information only with the providers we use to run the site — currently Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider. They process data on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email support@pixobase.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Our website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If we change this policy we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned on the home page.
